Massage
Kath’s massage is a nurturing combination of Swedish and Remedial massage, and Myofascial Release. This includes gentle mobilisation, sumptuous stretches, intuitive holding and deep tissue work where necessary. Kath also offers scar tissue release.
The crux of Kath’s practice is to keep her patients as warm and relaxed as possible as the body responds so well to heat and holding. Each treatment is tailored to suit the individual’s needs.
The catalyst to her practice was the passing of her mum, ten years ago, when she started using her hands to provide blissful, therapeutic support to those she loves.
When not seeing clients, Kath loves gardening and keeps bees!
